The work process Oil paintings on canvas, landscapes, flowers, still life artworksThe artworks are hand painted oils on canvas. After I made the design I outlined the subject by pencil on the white canvas prior to applying pigment to the surface. Then it followed an initial layer of color applied to the ground, which serves as a base for subsequent layers of paint. At this moment, the oil painting is still rough and there can be seen only some big color blocks.After it dries, I begin on the second layer. Every brush stroke adds more and more details to the painting. Usually the oil painting comes into being after for or five layers are done, if no corrections are needed.
